Warranty Policy

Warranty policy of Long Thanh Kien Co., Ltd

All products provided by  LTK Company enjoy genuine warranty according to the manufacturer (firm) or importer (importer and distributor in Vietnam).

Product warranty conditions

The product is accepted for warranty if the following conditions are met:

• The product has a technical error due to the manufacturer.
• Still within the warranty period.
• Still keep the invoice or purchase voucher at Long Thanh Kien Co., Ltd.

Products are not warranted or repaired at a fee

• Violation of one of the free warranty conditions in section 1.
• Customers arbitrarily intervene to repair the product.
• The product is damaged due to user error, and the damage is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty period

The warranty period is specified by the manufacturer (Company) or importer of that product. The warranty period will be calculated from the date of purchase and is clearly stated in the sales contract.
